Position Overview
This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies. Develops and maintains the positive image of the company brand. Works with internal clients and external vendors/partners to plan, develop, implement, track and maintain numerous marketing channels.

•    Identifies, develops, and evaluates marketing strategy, based on knowledge of company objectives, market characteristics and cost and markup factors.
•    Executes and implements direct mail, email, customer retention and collateral plans
•    Evaluates the finance aspects of product and service development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
•    Formulates, directs and coordinates marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with peer managers and other stake holders.
•    Implements marketing plans/initiatives and drives project completion 
•    Compiles lists describing product or service offerings 
•    Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers and production managers, to market products and service
•    Develops and plans marketing and promotion activities across all sales channels and all media for multiple products
•    Develops the communication strategy (message, graphics, vehicles) to support business plans
•    Leads and coordinates cross-functional product launch processes, including communications, operations and organization readiness
•    Performs financial management of marketing resources to ensure that the plan delivers sales and customer growth within the planned investment levels.
•    Identifies primary distribution channels, including partners, and proactively seeks opportunities to expand breadth within each.
•    Communicates to ensure that all participating areas of sales and marketing understand the marketing plan and are prepared to contribute
•    Evaluates the status, results, and issues during the course of plan execution to adjust the plan as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required and 10 years of marketing experience required 
•    Master’s Degree Preferred

•    Written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations

•    Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team
•    Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
